It is a wine made to be enjoyed young and fresh, with a mid-bodied palate rich with flavours of acacia, peach and greengages balanced by a dry mineral finish. It is made protectively in steel tanks to ensure the fresh character of Grenache comes through, with 5 months on lees to give a rich texture that balances the flavours.
